This group covers the auto services most drivers use between washes: repair shops and quick-lube centers, body and collision shops, tire and auto glass shops, parts stores, towing companies, gas stations and EV charging sites. Independent repair shops are usually cheaper than dealerships for out-of-warranty work; quick-lube chains change oil and filters in under half an hour without an appointment. Body shops handle collision repair and paintless dent removal, often working directly with insurers. Parts stores lend tools, test batteries for free and recycle used oil. Gas stations in most states are self-serve, and many attach a tunnel or in-bay automatic wash discounted with fuel.

Very shitty car wash, I paid over $300 to have my car get the awesome detail. The results as you see, literally no where near clean! Technician literally left after getting upset with me for telling them them the car is not clean and showing them all dirt and the stains and went inside to work, 5 min later they are gone and sent a message that service is complete. I tried calling them but there is no way to reach a human being. Chatted with them at 430 pm with no answer.

Update 2; Increasing to three stars because a manager came out and re did the job after my review. Iβm considering trying them again with a less expensive package and will see how it goes. Fingers crossed. Update: they did reach out to me for a manager to come out and work on my car. I will post an update after This is for Raleigh Durham Area. I wish I had read more reviews before hiring this service. I got the most expensive package and tipped the technician before I had a chance to look at my car. Whole areas were untouched (see photos). He didnβt even clean the back window. After reaching out to customer service they offered me a $20 βcreditβ on a future service on a nearly $400 service. All I wanted was someone to come out and finish the job I paid for. After they offered the credit and I said that wasnβt enough itβs been crickets so I decided to leave a review. You can look at my other reviews to see I am usually one to leave GLOWING reviews.

My car looks great and I didn't have to leave the house or be out in the cold. Took a while though. And the cleaner left halfway through the process and left my car unlocked. He did text me though. I assume some sort of emergency. Otherwise great experience.

We have requested to clean two cars. I have paid $199 per car but received this service (pic attached). Cleaner told me that I can not remove spots from the carpet because we are not cleaning with shampoo - I didn't understand why he doesn't use shampoo but they are saying they will clean all carpets with shampoo from inside. I talked to his supervisor and she told me that he will clean again but he spent 5 min and left without cleaning. Cleaner spent only 2.5 hours but online it says they will spend 4 hours.

Extremely unhappy with the service. Despite being very expensive, I opted for Spiffy carwash at my office since I didn't have the time to clean my car after the trips we made during the holidays. There were many spots uncleaned and it was evident that they just did a superficial job unworthy of the $50 (plus taxes). While the cleaning was going on, I got a text saying that my headlights need a restoration and they can do it for an additional $59. Mine is a brand new car (3 months old) and it was quite obvious that they were simply trying to rob me instead of actually stating if there are any problems. I wouldn't mind paying that much money if the service was impeccable, but unfortunately it wasn't and I regret choosing Spiffy!
